Review on YaeTek by Kevin Hernandez

Unfortunately, my expectations were not met by YaeTek. I was very disappointed in the quality and durability of the hand tools I purchased. I attempted to get a refund from customer service, but the agents I spoke with were rude and unhelpful. I would advise against purchasing from YaeTek because it is obvious that they do not support the products they offer. There are plenty of other web-based retailers that provide superior products and support.
