I bought these pillows to replace old worn down pillows. I chose these because the pillowcases had zippers that allowed them to be adjusted. I decided I needed a lot of filler and started taking it off a little each night. I sleep on both my side and back and it didn't take long to find just the right amount of padding to feel comfortable in any position. I placed the removed filler in a clean garbage bag and placed it in the box for later when needed. These pillows do not retain heat that causes perspiration. After trying different types of pillows, they were uncomfortable. I tried this pillow. reluctance to spend a lot on them. Overall I am very happy with them and will buy them again.
