BooBook received from Revain inventory. Received a few days after ordering. Happy with this product. His looks are definitely deceiving! Looks and feels like a leather bound book. (2) The zippers are also made of leather and give the impression of a bookmark. I love the idea of having an extra compartment under my MacBook Pro for documents or a notepad. This is probably all that is suitable for you to zip or steer with ease. Also does it have (2) elastic straps (one on each side of the inside corners) which are used to hold the lids close to the laptop when working with the case open? That's the only reason I gave 4 stars. Mine came with a strip peeled off. I can't/can't re-glue or sew... I think there's enough tension with just one. I've read of other/old BookBook cases with 2 or 4 elastic straps (1/4 inch thick) that hold the laptop in place while you work. I think it would be better than rubber bands. As for durability, I'm not sure...there aren't a lot of seals between the inside and outside. Perhaps the same material was used for the leather-bound book for reasons of authenticity? I wouldn't trust a 3 foot fall with my MacBook inside. The craftsmanship of this cover is great. Once again I am very happy with this case. But maybe I'll buy a transparent case for my MacBook Pro as a precaution (IBENZER New 2020 MacBook Pro 13 Inch Case M1 A2338 A2289 A2251 A.).
