Advanced Clinicals Retinol Cream is an amazing product. After rinsing my face with cold water and drying it, I apply it twice a day, morning and evening. First of all, after application your face will be clean and fresh with a cooling/firming feeling. After 2 weeks of use, I noticed fine lines disappearing and my skin tone is firmer/moisturized. Now that I have discovered this product I no longer need any other products. Also, during shipping, the lid came off one of the two 16-ounce containers, spilling most of a container's contents. After I informed Pure Valley of the problem, they apologized and immediately sent me a new replacement. Good company!
