I raise and butcher my own animals so vacuum packaging is required to preserve the end product. Depending on some variables I can get 1-2 litters per pig. This is not a heavy strain that is much thicker. However, they work well. I wrap the meat in freezer paper before vacuum sealing it in the freezer for longer life. Good value for money, but the "heavy" version is much better! I wash them and reuse them for items that have a shorter shelf life and have had good success.
