I got these for my spouse. These have nice stretchiness to the fabric which is his favorite thing about the shorts. The stretchiness makes these shorts very versatile when it comes to outdoor activities. These work well for hiking, climbing, and other activities. The fabric dries quickly.These shorts have vents that are nice but not really functional. We thought they would have a cooling effect but we haven't noticed a difference with that.The biggest drawback for these shorts is the length. They ended up being way longer than my husband would have liked. He's only 5'7' so they fit past his knees. I ended up taking a photo of them on my son-in-law as he's a little taller. However, they're really long on him as well. These would look better on someone over 6 feet tall. Other than the length, these fit as expected.The pockets are great on these and are big enough to hold a cell phone. We like that the pockets zip for added security. Overall, these are great shorts for those looking for a longer pair of shorts.
