My daughter immediately made these shoes her favorite shoes and she has high expectations when it comes to comfort. She easily dresses and undresses herself (she is 6 years old). We have a cosmic pattern and they are super cute and go with everything. After 2-3 months of wearing, one shoe ripped near the sole. I was very disappointed and wanted to go back to my old stock of Baby Crocs wellies. But I took the chance and emailed this seller and told him about the breakup. They replied immediately and said they would send me a brand new pair and I didn't even have to send the damaged pair back and I didn't even have to send them pictures! A few days later my new replacement pair arrived and my daughter was very happy to be able to wear them again. You can't go wrong choosing these boots as they are backed by great customer service!
