We have two autistic grandchildren and bought two weighted blankets for them without knowing how to use them. Glad we bought two duvets as they are both used VERY often. Autism is a complex disability and we're always looking for "tools" to help us help them. These weighted blankets were amazing in this regard as our boys can have anxiety attacks and attacks the cause of which is almost impossible to pin down.
