I recently upgraded an iPad Air 2 to a 7th gen iPad. The case I am using is not currently available for the iPad 2019, so I decided to look for something as similar as possible and went for this case. In general I like it very much, with the exception of two small remarks. Pros: - Price! - Foldable cover with four positions to tilt the screen. - Elastic strap for secure one-handed operation - Comfortable front sleeves. Case - Soft plastic sleeve that fully protects the iPad on the sides and back, cutouts for the lighting connector and camera/mic are very precise - Bumps for volume control and lock buttons work great - Great PU leather finish - Storage for Apple Pencil and Charging adapters are AWESOME! Cons: - I wish the top bezel covering the screen was about 50% thicker than it is now. It bends fairly easily so I don't think it will be strong or durable. I would also like the top panel fold to be stronger. If you fold the top panel all the way to the back of the iPad and use the elastic wrist strap, the weight of the iPad will cause this fold to sag. I'm worried that with prolonged use it will stretch and start marring the seams. In this case there is absolutely nothing wrong that the price cannot fix. It has great features and a very thoughtful design. I wish every element of the case was as durable and well built as the plastic sleeve that houses the iPad. This is the most important part, so I'm happy to live with other minor issues.
