WOW, WOW, WOW! What a chic, rich and high quality bag! I recently bought a Melissa bag in Cognac and a Melissa purse in Dusty Rose and fell in love with them. As I will be traveling more for work I thought I would buy a bag and am so glad I did. This bag is roomy without being bulky, structured yet comfortable and chunky. The skin is amazing - soft, elastic, thick, rich. The straps fit my shoulder perfectly. I love cognac! It's the *perfect* shade of brown! Now. I originally ordered beige, but just didn't like it. too much of. Beige! So I arranged a refund with Revain, put my package in the post office the next day at lunchtime and my funds were credited to my account within 2-3 hours! WOW Raven! I immediately ordered a cognac bag and now it's hanging happily on my doorknob :) Incredible bag, incredible customer experience!
