Now that wasn't the best.
Initially it was easy to assemble up to the last loop. I just laid it out and pulled on two ribbons and then it got caught on the last loop. The reason for this is that the hinge was not attached to the plastic strap that held the hinges together. I straightened it and tried again to find another loop that wasn't attached to the plastic strap. I had to tie additional ribbon around the makeshift loop to make the loop work.
- Light Blue Ribbon 2.5" wide, finished loop is 8" in diameter and contains 20 loops.
