If I didn't install it properly, I could force the backrest to rest slackly on the underside of the seat, but then the seat buckle would pull it up. This is all an incredibly crappy presentation of what I expected to be an excellent product based on the pictures. If your seats don't match Cinderella's seat covers, don't. Of course my car is smaller than most but they were stated to fit. nope! return on the day of receipt.
