I've had the black holographic bottle for over a year now and I still use it every day. I take this thing with me everywhere and fill it up several times a day. The finish has remained very good considering how much it was. I've dropped this bottle more times than I can count because it's a bit heavy on me when full, but it still only has a few scratches. I don't like straws at all because of the bacteria that can grow so quickly in them, so I opt for wide-mouth open lids. My cap leaks a little if there is water between the threads after filling, but the same happens with every other bottle I've had. My problem is that the threads on the inside of the mouthpiece have torn off and I have to be very careful when opening or closing the lid to make sure it is really closed properly. These threads hold a lot of dirt and I have to clean them very well, at the mouthpiece and at the cap, at least once a day. I love it and will continue to use it but will look for a better lid.
