I really like that they are very open with their customers! They respond quickly whenever we have an issue or question regarding our account status. Also there is always someone who can help us out if we need some extra support from them - even though it's not as much work for them this way compared to doing all of those things themselves (which seems crazy). It just takes so long sometimes when you're having issues getting through customer service in addition to paying bills etc ourselves. The biggest problem at times has been figuring out what exactly happened after trying different methods/calls multiple time but no one would give me any real answers other than "we don't know." This was frustrating because if powerreviews didn't figure something out eventually i'd assume everything had failed which meant hours wasted calling back again later thinking maybe my internet connection got messed up or wifi dropped?
