Review on Ultimate Convenience: Talonport Handheld Suitcase Portable Weighing Solution by Laura Adams

I like the idea that it's 'self-sufficient' so you don't have to worry about a dead battery when you need to use it. It has a tare function to zero the scale, a "hold" function to read the weight and something like a battery indicator. My first test shows either the battery is charged or "empty" - when it's about to turn off. It looks like the device is dying to turn itself off, I didn't have enough time to test it further. The readings are consistent every time and match other luggage scales I have. The device doesn't have a backlit display, but the battery life seems to be sufficient to do at least 5 weighings in a row, I didn't keep repeating it until the device died. In general I like it. The device is not yet long enough for long-term tests, but so far so good. Unfortunately, after three consecutive tests with different luggage scales, the first unit I received didn't turn on. I've been testing the plugin for some time and it seems to be working as expected. With all electronic devices you will have a few bad blocks, but my replacement works without any problems.
