Once I found the right length to wear it was great. Not noticeable at all under a shirt and even a sweatshirt unless they are very baggy. I had two passports and cash in small bills, maybe an inch thick, so it was very bulky. I felt like an idiot wearing it but better than getting robbed and losing my passport and all my money. I also felt more like a target as I felt more like an obvious tourist with a bulge under my shirt and never wore it around town. I left it in the safe and only carried it to and from the airport. The main pockets are big enough for a passport and cash, the side pockets are handy for separating, but small ones maybe for cards would be fine. Perhaps less noticeable when it could be worn as a shoulder bag under a shirt, but almost impossible to reach when worn like this without lifting the shirt.
