I used to have 2 Phillips Norelco Multigroom 3100's and I really liked them. One had an extra long lifespan, and the next one I accidentally smashed on the floor. When I wanted to buy the third one, it was recommended to me as a newer version of the product. It's terrible. The beard attachments are an odd size and without protection I get a burn all over my neck. I don't know if it's the design, the sharpness of the blades, the speed or something else. But it can't be used by me. Burned out after a month of useless use.
