I’m 5,5 and 270lbs usually a size 20-22(US) and ordered 4XL. It’s definitely made me have more of a defined waist and was able to hold things in place. I think it was just a little tight for 4XL but I think I was most surprised that it actually fit my tummy in. I put on a form fitting dress and it actually made me look really good in it made it easy to put the dress on.
- Waistband is flexible and adjustable to fit most sizes
- It may be challenging to find the right size if you have a unique body shape
