We liked the convenience, size and comfort. My 3 year old daughter gave us a lot of trouble when we first tried to get her to sleep on a pull out couch in a hotel. We had two summer trips planned and didn't want any overnight hassles so we searched for this mattress. She was VERY excited about it and slept in her room the whole week leading up to her first trip. Inflation was very easy as described. However, it only took two minutes to set up and I have to say it is confusing as to which nozzle to use to inflate the inner mattress. The smallest doesn't fit the narrower filling hole, and the medium size just about fits if you open the entire air vent on the mattress. However, we made it. First ride was great, installation was easy, my daughter wouldn't get out of bed, wasn't upset, slept well. We have just returned from our second major trip and I have to say I am so disappointed. The second night when my daughter woke up, the mattress was deflating overnight. Luckily I had a repair kit with me. We had to douse the mattress with soapy water to find the leak. I found a small hole, no idea how it got there, patched it up and it seemed to hold up well for the next couple of nights, but the night before last it woke up and deflated again. I ended up filling it up as much as I could before going to bed that night as we left the next morning. We just got home and I didn't have the energy to try to find and patch another hole. I hope I can fix this, it was a major fix to our problems with sleeping when traveling, but I can't deal with punctures and repairs on every trip. So the concept and how it works while running is great, but I only had to give it 2 stars because it didn't last as long as I expected. I feel like it's practically useless now because I don't think the next patch will fix my problem and after that I ran out of patches! Also, the tote bag, while large, is very thin and practically breaks if you try to drawstring it closed. I'm desperately trying to figure out how to contact the seller to see if they can help me fix or replace this mattress and can't figure out how to get in touch!
