Adds length and volume

The last time I tried an eyelash primer was many years ago. Mark Lancome. I didn't like it and haven't tried it since. Decided to try it and see how it is. I hate that the lashes on the outer corner of my eyes are so thin and shorter than the rest. So I wanted to try this primer on those areas mainly. It really worked very well. I liked that it wasn't bright white but more off-white and more muted than the pure whites I've tried in the past. It doesn't crumble or flake or change the look or feel of my mascara. This brush is really good. It applies just the right amount, glides on easily and provides excellent separation when creating volume. There are multiple ways to use this primer so you can customize your look to your liking and needs. You can tap on the tips of the lashes to lengthen, apply it to the voluminous area from the base to the middle of the lashes for added volume, or cover the entire lash or anything in between. I really liked the thin sparse cilia in the outer corners. You can really build it up without getting clumpy or sticky. Just let it dry a bit. It helps a lot that the tube is constructed in such a way that excess primer doesn't get on the brush. You can even apply mascara if you see areas that need building up and then apply some more mascara. It still holds great, doesn't clump or change the texture or appearance of the mascara. I really liked it and will buy more when this one runs out. And now that I've tried these and really liked the brush itself, I'll check out their mascaras and see if there's a mascara with that brush.

Pros
  • No strings attached: volume with no clumps, flakes or spots
Cons
  • Something different
