The ability to create multiple types of timesheets, sub-totals by project within projects (like in Excel) is very useful! We can see exactly how much we spend per month/project etc. A bit confusing at first - not intuitive but all things improve with practice :) Great tool overall though. It's good that you have an admin area as well so if any problems arise they're easy enough to resolve too. I find this one has helped us track our spending better than other apps out there which helps me when planning future budgets / expenses. I like the simplicity of the system. It's very easy to use and the reporting is very detailed. I dislike that the system is not as intuitive as other systems. The reporting is not as detailed as other systems.
