Because I work from home, I am always looking for new things that will make it easier for me to be comfortable and organized while I am sitting at my desk for extended periods of time. Therefore, when I discovered that HumanCentric offered a selection of accessories for the workplace, I was excited to give them a shot. Unfortunately, my experience with their products has been, to put it mildly, unsatisfactory. To begin, the ergonomic mouse pad and wrist rest that I ordered did not provide even the slightest amount of comfort. The mouse pad was very small and did not provide the support that was promised, but the wrist rest was excessively stiff and actually caused more agony than it did relieve. It was very evident that ergonomics were not a consideration in the design of these products. The desk organizers and accessories that I bought were of the same poor quality. My things were in constant danger of falling off my desk because the desk organizer was made of cheap material and did not hold them firmly. It was also difficult for me to keep my desk clear of clutter because the accessories had a bad design and did not fit my workstation in the way that they should have. When I went out to HumanCentric's customer care to voice my issues, they were unhelpful and dismissive, which made the situation much more frustrating. My problems were never resolved to my satisfaction, despite the fact that I made numerous attempts to get in touch with them. In general, if an individual is searching for high-quality products that would increase their comfort and organization while working at their desk, I would not suggest that they purchase any of HumanCentric's workspace accessories. The products are of poor quality, and the level of customer service is inadequate; additionally, the entire experience was disheartening.
