I am buying these for my husband who works as a mechanic. He spends most of the day outside on his knees. He loves these knee pads. He says they're so comfortable he can wear them all day, they stay in place when he walks and they stay in place when he kneels. They are very durable, he wears them every day in difficult conditions, and one pair lasts about a year. The only downside is that when kneeling in loose dirt sometimes dirt gets in through the hinge area so he puts on a strip of tape and that stops that. I tried them on last night and kneeled on our gravel road. I moved, they were very comfortable and stayed in place. We tell everyone how good these knee pads are.
