Well I love these charms (always 5 stars) but a little tip. If you are new to this? The very first thing you need to do is soak and wash them (washing them with a toothbrush helps a lot). I used 2 tablespoons of 5% acid distilled white vinegar, 1 tablespoon of morning dish soap, and 4 cups of boiling water. *Soak for 10 minutes* and then clean the mouthguard with a toothbrush. This will help remove black dirt (oil) from the hanging trays.
