I'm somehow tempted to give this 5 stars. You get a lot for what it costs and the build quality is really good. It feels solid, solid, especially compared to Sandisk, and it's a lossless player that can handle any format I've given it. It's also an FM radio and e-book reader, as well as a video player, photo viewer and file saver/manager. It accepts SD or TF card up to 128g. Perhaps it's normal that it had less storage space on board than last year's model. However, I miss the touchscreen. The screen is big and bright, but it's not a touchscreen. The menu is easy to navigate and reasonable. This is a very easy to use player. The reason for my 4 star rating is the SOUND. It's not bad, but it's not particularly good either (like my FIIO). It's not fair to compare it to a player that costs four times as much. But why buy a player, even with all these features, when the music quality is no better than your phone, which probably has all these features too? Pros: Excellent build quality, all-metal body. Big bright screen. Navigation, Usage Bluetooth is quick/easy to install and I haven't had any dropouts. Great battery life. use + everything works as it should. It just doesn't have a DAC as good as my FIIO and some Bluetooth protocols are missing. It's not much better than what you'd get with a cell phone. However, if you don't always carry a cell phone with you, or don't have one, or don't have a smartphone, you can get most of these features without a real phone and for less than $30. that is a lot.
