Review on Apptix by Kantrel Tunstill

I have been using Apptix for over 15 years. They have been my VARs for all of those years. The only thing I don't like is that they haven't added any new features in a while. We are always being asked if we need anything new. Support staff is very knowledgeable. They know everything that there is to know about our environment. It has been a great partnership for so long because we trust them. Not much to dislike. I would definitely recommend Apptix to anyone who wants good service at a reasonable price. Apptix is a mature managed service provider with solid support. They provide excellent customer service and always go above and beyond what you may expect. I can count on them to be available when I need them and solve problems quickly.
