Less Heat Than Breath
I ran an 8 gauge wire with a built in 50 amp fuse directly into my UTV's battery. To compare heat output, hold your hand about 4 inches from your mouth and exhale slowly. It's just as hot and as much air as it comes out. I give off more heat on my breath than this thing. A spare bedroom that heats the room well, this thing can't put out anywhere near 600 watts.
