The chair looks great in the photos. The problem is the chair arrives worn and has odd stitching defects as seen in other reviews. Luckily for me, this is a minor bug in the grid that doesn't affect overall functionality. However, the biggest issue I had was the worn back of the seat base, which is very annoying as the chair is supposedly 'new'. Finally, the assembly instructions - the ones provided contain simple instructions right through to attaching the seat back to the chair base. It's quite confusing how to do it, even with instructions. I had to look up two different installation videos made by third party YouTubers to figure out how to install this thing.
