UPDATED REVIEW: I feel compelled to update my review. I am changing my rating to 4 out of 5 stars. After the foam was worked back and forth, after a day it expanded to a good shape as shown in the picture. It is comfortable and hugs the foot. It works way better than the pillows on my bed. The handle on the side is very handy as it allows me to hold it when walking on crutches from the bed to the living room sofa unassisted. Bag or mattress in a box. BUT it will NOT expand back to its just original channel shape like in the picture. The memory foam should return to its original shape almost immediately. Especially something as small as this. But no, it's a curved, limp piece of crap foam. What the hell were they thinking? This item was also expensive. I was expecting WAAAAAY to get a better product than this for $45. There is no literature explaining that it takes time to acquire the original form. Nothing. Well it's a joke.
