I cook fairly large portions and keep some in the freezer for later use. These bags are great for that purpose. I almost didn't buy it because of all the comments about the tricks of drying after washing, but I still took it as my little contribution to the environment. Then I accidentally discovered a really easy way to dry them without propping up devices or cups as suggested by the manufacturer. Simply press the bottom of the bag down a little and place it on a towel or dish rack. super easy.
