I am a 27 year old mother of two and wear a size 8 36D bra and dress and got it at 10 and 12. The chest was too big for me at 12, 10 is perfect. I love this top, it's classy, sophisticated and a little bit sexy. The strap is detachable. The material is very good, dense and of high quality. It has a very slight sheen. The front is double layered with ruffles. I took it on two vacations, several times in the sea and in several pools. It's also been through my washing machine twice and still looks brand new.
