The program works quickly and has multiple templates available for various types of H1B petitions, including LCA's/OCIs/.I've gotten used to it over time and have found several useful features that were not as advertised. Some templates simply had too many fields; others failed upon opening. So far, as mentioned above, I am finding some helpful templates which allow me to save time when creating my filings. For example, one template for an OA can be very different from another because they ask about things like past immigration history differently (for example). There really isn't much to dislike so far. As usual, if you want to get the most out of this service, take advantage of their FAQ section! They are always adding new options to your list of choices, which saves us A LOT OF TIME. The system is user friendly, easy for new users as well as an experienced one.The reporting section is very user friendly, easy to understand.It also has a good customer support team, very helpful and quick to respond.The interface needs a little bit of improvement for more ease in using it. As i am a freelancer who works from home, this system really helped me track all my employees information. This was very useful for my business.
