I ordered this for a friend as a hostess gift for our annual girls weekend. I ordered it in January without realizing it was just a cover (my fault for not reading the fine print). But I figured, come on, I've got enough time to find the supplement. The 20" x 20" insert is not easy to find (problem 1). As I got ready to head into the weekend and take stock, I realized the phrase is "THANK YOU for being my friend." Pooh! (2nd problem which is huge). It was too late to send it back (our trip was in May) so I gave it to her and just explained the big mistake! This product was too expensive for such a big mistake! Please do not buy!
