How to get it working if your computer can't find it
This is a good product once you get the software side of things. Firstly, you don't have a floppy drive, go to online search for DT426C model number, it will show the drivers, then download the drivers, when done, walk the process through to you. Approach it and ask how it is connected. (Don't choose USB) Choose another one, then download the drivers for DT426B and once done it should work. Sense I have everything works fine. Would have given 5 stars if it weren't for the paper and installation issues.
