This toy keeps my 2.5 year old child entertained while bathing. The hoop attaches to the edge with velcro straps and they get the job done perfectly. The balls are sponge foam, which suits her for predating the "add everything in your month" tier. A rubber ball with no holes would be ideal, but it works for us too. For those with younger children I would be concerned about sucking and drinking bath water these things will absorb. That is much. Other reviewers have mentioned in the past that the paint is peeling off the balloons. The company appears to have taken note and is eliminating the lines entirely.
