They were supposed to be 2E wide but when my son first wore them they caused him horrible blisters on the top of his feet. It took over a week to heal. I had to wear slippers. If you have real 2E shoes look for something else in NB, this is not what you need. Cannot return since he wore them. No problem with other NB sneakers, only with this one.
