Full Disclosure - Teenage daughter ONLY wants to wear a bikini and wasn't happy when I bought her this suit for our upcoming trip to the tropics. But my dad and I decided she needed a costume that fit her, was flattering and didn't show EVERYTHING. I am pleased to announce that this is a mothers approved swimsuit. My daughter tried it on, full disclosure - SHE DON'T LIKE IT. but only because, in her words, it "looks something my mom would wear." so we make compromises. She wears a tankini and this suit during our trip. The costume has a high neckline on the legs, but does not show the chest or other parts of the body or excessively. I would recommend this to anyone who wants to swim in the pool or do aqua aerobics - perfect for this type of activity.
