After reading the reviews I wanted to try it. To be honest I didn't think I had big arms until I tried to put on one of them. As soon as I managed to get the sausage (my hand) into the casing (wrist brace) I began to experience a slight choking sensation which was uncomfortable but bearable for a while. Then the sweating (or, in my mother's words, "shine") started. I ignore it until I can. Then, in a panic, I discovered that removing the wet palm rest from my fat arm was even more difficult than attaching it. I was about to decide to cut off my entire arm when it came loose with the sound of a suction cup disengaging. . Finally freed from the torture device, I was shocked to see that the skin on my arm was wrinkled as if it had been in water for two days. Suffice to say I won't be using the rest of the palm rests. While the palm rests are on a positive note, they appear to be very well made, but in the struggle to put them on and then take them off they didn't break at all, so good job! I broke down and ordered copper gloves instead.
