It was easy for me use, no training needed at all! I can easily add items with out any hesitation or time delay like other platforms do it so slow sometimes that you get frustrated when you have multiple things going in different tabs/windows. Just make sure your internet speed is good enough because its not very fast even if u are using chrome browser but thats normal i guess since they r still working hard to improve their platform as we speak. As of now everything seems fine just try them once, see how well they work for ur business needs then decide whether to continue using logbids services or look elsewhere. We were able solve our problem which was keeping track of inventory levels without having to rely too much on manual labor. At first there's lag while adding entries into database during peak hours but after few days of usage my experience has been great.
