Cute but with a few cheap touches

We love how minimalist the table is; it fits perfectly in our living room. However, several elements make it cheap. There is a random little pointless hole on the side of the tray. The bottom screw is silver and too long - it looks very out of place like my husband accidentally pulled it out of his tool box to use it. He'll spray paint it black to match, but it shouldn't be something we need to do to make everything look cohesive. I think that's a reasonable price.
