My son loves these things! They seem to have dropped in price over the last year. I wanted another and went with this company for the first time. After the drone was unpacked and launched, it flew normally for a few minutes before crashing to the ground with a red light. I decided it needed charging so I plugged it in. The red light wouldn't go off and I couldn't turn off the drone manually. I contacted the company at their email address on the card in the box. I explained what happened and two days later they sent me a new drone with no questions asked. The new drone works great. Excellent customer service!
