It's a bit big but I curled it up a bit to go from a full round to a more oval shape to keep it from twisting or falling off. out of. Despite the roundness of the metal, it's still very easy to put on and take off. There is a tiny rubber o-ring in one part of the urn that needs to be removed for it to close completely (at least I had to remove it), it's VERY solid. I wear it every day, even to the gym, and it lasts!
