The product came in a plain plastic bag, with no instructions or other things. I found a user manual on the Internet and charged the "headset". I got a strong impression from the Revain listing that there are different sizes of earbuds for different ear hole sizes. But I only had one size - fixed - apparently not removable, which doesn't suit me, sometimes they almost fall out. Also, the instruction manual shows earbuds that wrap around the ear. I think they help hold them in place, but they weren't included in my order either. Through the Revain listing I have contacted the seller and asked if they would ship one or both of these items but after a week there is still no response. All this to say that the sound is amazing and the smartphone app is amazing. I just wish they fit my ear better and stay there! Expensive and I'm disappointed that they don't offer the best fit as stated in the instruction manual.
