It is cotton and of good quality.
It's decent cotton, not thick, not thin and knee deep to 5'4". I haven't dried them on top of knee socks when there can be some shrinkage under the knee socks ;) I've dried them on medium heat and they are with no real shrinkage dried.
- Daughter said so far so good
- Said they were for young girls and when I got them they said they were for women.
