I like that we can create multiple versions of an application, without having to write code for each version of it.

It's also really easy (and cheap) to add new features after you've released something once! The UI could look more modern though - perhaps with Material Design or similar? Also sometimes things don't seem intuitive at first glance but work as expected when used correctly. We're using this product in combination with its sister products so there are not many downsides overall. In particular, being able to have different apps that all talk together works well enough.
