Works for side sleepers!
I am very happy to have found this pillow before the 8 hours of red eyes. I sleep on my side and move around a lot to get comfortable, so it's difficult to get a really good night's sleep on a flight. I sat in the middle economy seat and the structure held up well enough that I could fall asleep without stretching out on my neighbor. And yes, I fell into REM sleep, which was my first time on an airplane. I also like that I don't have to lug it through the airport - when deflated, unlike foam pillows, it easily folds up to fit in carry-on luggage.
