The ability for my office staff at work remotely with out having any risk of them coming into contact or being affected by COVID-19 in one form ogererate. I am working from home myself during this time & it has been extremely easy! Also love that we can email back an forth without using up everyone's phone messages/texts / emails etc.. As long as you dont want anything too complicated there aren't many problems i've encountered while remoteing via Zoom meetings - just give yourself some extra break times if needed (which seems necessary anyway!). No downsides really but maybe be aware they have increased costs due to high use rates now compared to when offices were open? So might need think about how much your team would like / benefit from going completely virtual vs remaining partially physically located within Covid situation - so consider those factors before deciding what type fits best given teams size needs currently. Remotely managing all aspects which includes training employees new hires who join us etc., also helping support colleagues across various countries and locations to get through daily tasks whilst isolated. I like that it allows me access from anywhere in my home without having an internet connection available at all times for this purpose! It's easy enough if you have basic computer knowledge but can be very confusing when there isn't someone around who knows how things work or what they're doing/looking up etc so don;t expect anyone else than yourself - unless your really good with computers then maybe look into using something more complex as well?
