Supplied as pictured, bottle in a black pouch. no list of ingredients (although I probably won't know what those ingredients are, I'm not a chemist), but more importantly: NO DIRECTIONS FOR USE. After some trial and error I got it working, all the while emphasizing that I was blind from applying a sketchy product from Amazon.
