I bought a 2 foot lamp. I have this in my cave 15 by 11 feet. It sits about 7 feet high, in the middle of one of the 15 foot walls. It lights up the room very well. You will receive mounting material, 2 brackets, screws and plastic weights. I believe it was 6 screws and 6 boards, but I only used 1 screw and board per bracket. They also give you 1 cord that is about 40 inches long, so you can plug it straight into an outlet or power strip. A 6 inch cable and 2 wire nuts in case you want to hardwire it. And a 6 inch cable that can be connected from one of these lights to the second of these lights. That way, you only need one cord that fits into an outlet.
