I liked how organized, easy-to-understand, helpful, fast and reliable HelloWallet was when it came to customer service. Also how well they have thought out their products/features. I had no issues or problems with HelloWallet while using them for my business. There are not any negative aspects that I can bring up at this time. I am looking forward to continuing my relationship in future projects. I highly recommend HelloWallet to other businesses in need of a platform that offers great customer service, product features and ease of use. We needed a better system for our customers to pay us on an ongoing basis. This was something the existing POS system we were using didn't offer easily. The main problem we solved was the lack of transparency in billing and payments made by our clients.
